We specialise in creating your ideal home with your budgetary landscape in mind.
Initial site visit and consultation is a complimentary service. 

Following the site visit and consultation a full written report will be provided.
Costs of the written report:-

• Up to 200 sq/m R1,000 
• 200 – 300 sq/m R1,250 
• Areas greater than 300 sq/m will be priced at an additional R250 per 100 sq/m 

Implementation of the recommendations will depend on the amount of work required and will be charged on a job by job basis. A quote for the implementation will accompany the written recommendations. 

• Any additional work over and above the recommendations will be charged at R250 per hour. 
• Payments to contractors are to be paid directly by the client. 
• Rental quotes will accompany the written recommendations.
