• We will meet with you at your property and do a full assessment of the requirements needed to improve the appeal of your home. 
• Following the consultation we will provide a written report providing a full assessment with recommendations pertaining to all aspects of the home and garden including interior design, furnishings, flow, colour, finishes, accessories, lighting and garden. 
• We provide furniture, art and accessories for rent from our own stock. For empty houses we provide a full furnishing solution and for furnished homes we can use a clients own existing items in a new and fresh way or combine a clients own items with some of ours. 
• We will manage all aspects of any construction/contracting work that needs to be carried out including sourcing of contractors and project management. We will pass all contractors quotes onto the client for direct payment. 
• We assist our clients in shopping for new items which can be used in their new home. 
• We also provide recommendations and solutions pertaining to property maintenance.
